Teaching Interests:Science in society, Principles of Inovation, Graduate reading courses in science studies, M.A. and Ph. D. supervision
Books:

Four books including: C.H. Langford and R.A. Beebe "The Development of Chemical Principles" , Addison-Wesley, Reading, MA, 1969. (Republished with corrections in Dover clasics: Dover Publications, New York, 1995.) This book shows the development of core concepts of chemical structure in an historical context that elaborates the rationale for the directions that the science has evolved.
