Research Interests: Communication Theory, Communications Policy, and the Social Context of Information and Communications Technology.
Current Research: Alberta SuperNet Research Alliance
  • David is currently leading a four year SSHRC funded Initiative on the New Economy research project which is looking at the social and economic impacts of Alberta’s SuperNet broadband network.
