Students will learn key concepts in areas such as mass media, cultural studies, rhetoric, language, and philosophy, and will, in tutorials, explore interpersonal, small group and organizational communication.  With a focus on popular culture, this course introduces students to the diverse subject matter of contemporary communications studies.

11:30 am- Visit the Communication and Culture Lounge for a "Student Lounge Session"

Learn about the student experience in Communication and Culture, career opportunities relating to Communication and Culture degree programs, and how to apply for admission. A great chance to have your questions answered in person by university staff, professors, and students!

12:30 pm- Head Home and tell everyone about the great experience you had at the University of Calgary, as a Communication and Culture Student for a Day!
