1:10 pm - Visit the Communication and Culture Lounge for a "Student Lounge Session"
Learn about the student experience in Communication and Culture, career opportunities relating to Communication and Culture degree programs, and how to apply for admission. A great chance to have your questions answered in person by university staff, professors, and students!
1:45 pm - Meet your student ambassador
2:00 - 5:00 pm - Attend Film Studies 201 course lecture, accompanied by a current student.
This exciting course offered with Dr. Charles Tepperman is an introduction to the main issues involved in studying and analyzing film including medium, story, photography, mise-en-scene, movement, editing, sound, and acting.
5:00 pm - Head Home and tell everyone about the great experience you had at the University of Calgary, as a Communication and Culture Student for a Day!
*Note that because the film studies course is a three hour class students will not get a campus tour. A tour can be arranged upon request.
