Stampede-goers may come across Jessica Huggins, as she conducts research for her documentary on the Calgary Stampede. The Communication and Culture student is the proud recipient of the U of C's Undergraduate Research Award, and will spend her summer studying the impact of Stampede culture on the City of Calgary. Jessica and her crew will be filming and interviewing subjects on the fair grounds throughout Stampede week. Jessica is also enrolled in the Culture of the Calgary Stampede course as part of her research.
